Do you offer free shipping?
For orders over €90 we will cover the shipping costs.
Below €90 you pay a flat shipping rate which is shown at checkout.
How many days do I have to return?
You have a 14-day reflection period from the moment you receive your order.
Please note: returns are only possible if the product is in its original, unopened condition.

Is the product of good quality?
Absolutely. We work with suppliers who meet our quality standards.
Each product is produced and checked with care.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
This way you know exactly when your wanted package will arrive.

How many days do I have to return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return.
How much does it cost to return?
Returns can be easily made via our return portal. The costs for the return label are at your own expense and are automatically calculated based on the size of your package and the delivery address.
You pay these costs safely when creating your return via MyParcel. After payment you will immediately receive a shipping label by email.
💡 We do not charge any additional processing fees. You only pay the standard MyParcel rate.
What condition should my product be in?
You can only return if:
- The product is unused
- The plastic seal (foil) is completely intact
- The packaging is undamaged
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or damaged games.
Where should I send my product?
Card game and sunglasses: return to Ongetemd (you will receive the address upon return notification).
Merchandise (such as clothing): return to the address of our partner SoBad (instructions will follow by email)
You can easily arrange both returns via the MyParcel returns portal.
