Return and Refund Policy – ​​Untamed

At Ongetemd you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. We like to make it as clear as possible, so that you know exactly what you are getting into.

🔁 Return Policy

• Return requests must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt.

• Only unused, undamaged products are eligible for return.

• The plastic sealing foil must still be completely intact .
  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened games or damaged products.

• Returns are easy via our Returns Portal . After registration you will receive a return label for a contribution.

• Returns without prior notification by email will not be processed .

📬 Returns Process

1. Use the Returns Portal link to create a return label.

2. Pack your product securely (preferably in the original shipping packaging) and include the packing slip.

3. Drop off the package at a PostNL or DHL point, depending on the label.

Ongetemd is not responsible for lost returns. Always keep your proof of postage.

🚚 Return addresses

• Untamed card game and sunglasses: return via MyParcel to the Untamed return address (you will receive this upon registration).

• Merchandise (e.g. clothing "Goodmorning Lovely F*ckrs"): return via MyParcel to the address of our partner SoBad . (Instructions will be sent to you by email.)

Both return flows are neatly arranged via the MyParcel return portal.

💶 Return costs

Returns can be easily made via our return portal. The costs for the return label are at your own expense and are automatically calculated based on the size of your package and the delivery address.

You pay these costs safely when creating your return via MyParcel. After payment you will immediately receive a shipping label by email.

We do not charge any additional processing fees. You only pay the standard MyParcel rate.

💥 Damaged or incorrectly delivered?

Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product?
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@ongetemd.shop and attach clear photos.

In the event of justified damage or error, we will supply a replacement product free of charge or resolve the issue properly.
In that case you will receive a free return label.

💳 Refund

Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days via the same payment method you used.
Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

📜 Important

• Returns are only possible with intact seal and original condition of the product.

• Shipments to Belgium cannot be sent as letterbox packages and are always processed as parcels.

• Always check your order upon receipt and report any damage promptly to make use of the warranty.
