Shipping Policy – ​​Untamed

At Ongetemd we make sure that your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you can read everything about pre-orders, shipping costs, delivery times and what you can expect.


🔥 Pre-orders

Some products, such as the Untamed card game, are available for a limited time via pre-order .
This means: you order now, and as soon as we have stock, we will ship your order first.

  • First shipments will start from July 1, 2025.

  • You pay the full amount at checkout.

  • You will immediately receive a confirmation with your order details.

Please note: If you order multiple products at once (e.g. a pre-order and merchandise), everything will be shipped at once as soon as the pre-order is available.


🚀 Processing & Delivery Time

📦 After the pre-order phase:

  • Orders for games and sunglasses are processed within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Fri).

  • The average delivery time is 1 to 3 working days , depending on the carrier (PostNL or DHL).

👕 Merchandise (via SoBad):

  • Delivery time: 2 to 7 working days

  • The processing and shipping of our clothing and accessories is done directly via our partner SoBad.

  • You will receive a separate track & trace for this shipment.


💸 Shipping costs

The Netherlands:

  • Letterbox package: €4.25

  • Small package (up to 2 kg): €6.95

  • Standard package: €7.95

Belgium:

  • All shipments (parcel): €7.95
    ( Letterbox parcels are not possible in Belgium via our shipping partner )

Free shipping from €70 (valid for orders within the Netherlands & Belgium)


📬 Shipping Method

We ship via PostNL and DHL , depending on the type of order.
After shipping you will always receive a track & trace code to track your package.

  • Small orders (such as a single game or sunglasses) are often sent as letterbox parcels (NL).

  • Larger orders and all shipments to Belgium will be sent as standard parcel post .


🛡️ Shipping and Liability

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility lies with PostNL or DHL.
Ongetemd is not liable for damage or loss during transport, but we will of course help you with any questions or problems.

Please double check your address details at checkout. Incorrect address entry is not our shipping responsibility.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium .
